Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital
Our Team
Our Veterinarians
While many veterinarians begin to practice immediately following veterinary school, each of our doctors participated in an additional year of intensive internship training, focusing on specialty fields, such as emergency medicine, oncology, surgery, internal medicine, and ophthalmology. This gives them greater in-depth experience and allows them to be better prepared for the complicated cases that arise at our hospital.
Management
Registered Veterinary Technicians
Registered Veterinary Technicians are pet nurses. To become registered, they are required to complete rigorous testing, extensive formal training, and have over 4,000 hours of clinical experience. They have been certified to practice as veterinary nurses by the California Veterinary Medical Board. We are lucky to boast more of these highly qualified team members than most veterinary hospitals in the area.
