Sam leads our client care team. She joined us in July 2018 shortly after moving to Long Beach from Chicago.  Sam’s mother was a veterinary technician in the Army, which exposed her to animals and the veterinary world from a young age. She started her journey to us in 2012 by cleaning kennels at a large/small animal hospital in Texas. She eventually moved up to technician before taking on the receptionist role– a little bit of everything! 

Her top priority is client/patient experience and she wants every owner to leave feeling cared for and informed. Sam spends her free time playing video games, hiking, collecting vinyl, and entertaining her two cats, Jane and Moon.
