Esmeralda’s experience with animals began with an animal health care class/internship in high school. She was inspired when given the chance to work alongside very skilled techs and doctors. Esmeralda is from Orange County and as she explored various job interests, was welcomed by Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital. Her family is comprised of 4 siblings and 3 family wiener dogs whom she loves very much. They have all always supported her veterinary interest. 

She does not have any personal pets, but she has been patiently and actively looking for the right companion to care for and call her own. Esmeralda will occasionally pet sit for friends and family but loves to play piano as a hobby when she has free time. Her plans are to complete college curriculum and receive her veterinary technician license while minoring in business and finances. Esmeralda is very glad to be part of the team and to be surrounded by loving people who can further support her goals in the veterinary industry.
