Amy Powell: Amy is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians. Her knowledge, dedication, and love for all animals are truly remarkable!

Her “kids” are her German Shepherd Search & Rescue dog, Sirius; her sweet Greyhound Ginny; the love of her life, a one-eared rabbit named Fernando; two leopard geckos, Avalon and Everdeen; and her feisty Beta fish, Eowyn.

Jessica Boyd: Jessica B. is our Office Manager. She started out as part of the reception team and through her hard work, dedication, and quick learning of the veterinary field; she was promoted to office manager in 2010.

She has two sweet girls at home. An Australian Cattle dog named Haley and a Boxer named Sierra.

Lindsey Ferguson: Our receptionist, Lindsey, is currently a student with the goal of going into nursing school. Lindsey’s experience and vast knowledge in the veterinary field truly make her an asset to our team!

She is mom to one very cute little Chihuahua named Manny.

Eva Ramirez: Eva is part of our technician team. She is working towards becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician and will start school in fall of 2011.

Eva conveys compassion, warmth and kindness with our patients and everyone she meets.

Her furry family includes her two cats, Neptune and Achilles, and her very active German shepherd, Bruce.

Carmen Hamner: Carmen is our hospital caretaker. She is such a hard worker and is responsible for keeping our hospital in pristine condition!

Carmen does not have any pets currently but loves Bob and Buttercup, our hospital cats, like they were her own!

Carly Crowell: Carly is our Inventory Manager and part of our technician team. She is also a certified dog trainer and is responsible for running our puppy classes!

Carly’s positive attitude and charming personality make her a special part of our team!

Her furry babies include her beautiful Alaskan Klee Kai, Denaly; her deaf Jack Russell Terrier mix, Sky; her Pit Bull mix Judge, and her two mischievous cats, Z-Boy and Trinity.

Jessica Giachello: Jessica G. is our Reception Manager. She conveys warmth and compassion to all of our pets.

Her dedication, positive attitude and hard work have made her an important member of the BSVH family.

Jessica has no pets of her own but as one of Buttercup’s ambassadors, she makes sure that Buttercup is well taken care of (aka. spoiled)!

Christina Wensman: Christina is part of our technician team. She is working towards becoming a veterinarian by using all her experience and knowledge that she gains here to prepare herself for her future.

Christina has an excellent work ethic and is always a team player!

She is mom to her two cats, Beckford and Oscar.

Kimberly Machado: Our receptionist, Kimmy is currently in school with the goal of becoming a pediatrician.

Her sunny smile always brings such a happy atmosphere to our front reception area!

She has one baby named Millie Juno, a maltipoo.

Summer Von Summer is part of our reception team.

Her constant upbeat attitude, outgoing personality, and love for all of our patients make her a perfect fit for our front desk!!

Her “nerd herd” consists of her hairless Xoloitzcuintli, Eugene; her tiny but mighty Terrier mix, Kahuna; and her very handsome Chihuahua, Shark Bait.

Kaitlyn Pennington: As part of our reception team, Kaitlyn consistently shows warmth and kindness to every single client that walks through our doors!

Her love for our patients is immeasurable! You will never find Kaitlyn without a smile on her face!

Kelly Ramsay: Kelly, a member of our reception team, is currently in school working to become a veterinarian.

Kelly is quick and eager to learn new things and is a very hard worker! Her passion for working with animals is apparent every day!

She has two loveable labs, Honor and Gilroy.

b>Alberto Cardenas: Alberto is our Manager of the technician staff and a Registered Veterinary Technician.

His enthusiasm, willingness to help, and positive attitude allow him to be right at home with the BSVH family.

Tom Longobardo: Tom, one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians, has an upbeat personality and strong work ethic that make him a joy to work with every day.

Tom is rarely seen without a smile on his face and his positive attitude is simply contagious!

He has two kitties at home, Little Boy and Little Girl.

Patty Wenke: As a member of our reception team, Patty’s comforting nature and calm presence give our clients peace of mind when they walk in our doors.

Patty has over 3 years experience working as a veterinary receptionist. Her insight and knowledge are great assets to our team!

She has a loveable kitty named Willis.

Edgar Sanchez: Edgar, one of our technicians, is hard working and motivated. He brings a positive attitude and an upbeat personality to work each day.

His work ethic, dedication, and reliability make him an important part of our technician team.
